摘要
高血压是最常见的慢性非传染性疾病,也是心脑血管事件发生的最重要的危险因素。由于对于疾病的认识的缺乏和忽视,初次发现血压升高的中青年患者罹患相关并发症的风险更高,此类人群更加应关注导致心血管病发生的各类危险因素及预警,比如血压的波动、血管内皮的损伤、动脉硬化的程度等,而血管内皮是多种心血管并发症发生的重要基础,高血压的血管内皮功能的损害与动脉粥样硬化斑块形成等一系列疾病有关,是血管动脉粥样硬化最早的预警,血管内皮功能受血压变异性、中心动脉压、生理因素、生化因素等影响较大,与动脉硬化指标密切相关,观察各类指标与内皮功能的关系,了解其作用途径,对评价血管内皮的功能有重要意义。
Hypertension is the most common chronic non-communicable disease and is the most important risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.Due to the lack of understanding and neglecting to the disease,young and middle-aged patients with initial elevated blood pressure were found to be at the higher risk for related complications.Such people should pay more attention to various risk factors and early warnings that cause cardiovascular diseases,such as blood pressure fluctuation,vascular endothelial damage,the degree of atherosclerosis and so on.Vascular endothelium is an important basis for the occurrence of variety of cardiovascular complications,and the damage of vascular endothelial function in hypertension is related to a series of diseases such as atherosclerotic plaque formation,etc.It s the earliest warnings to atherosclerosis.Vascular endothelial function is influenced by blood pressure variability,central arterial pressure,physiological factors,and biochemical factors,and is closely related with atherosclerosis indicators.Observing the relationship between these indicators and endothelial function,and realize the role of pathways,it is the most important for evaluating the vascular endothelial function.
