摘要
针对柠檬烯等8种萜烯试剂建立了GC-MS和GC-FID分析方法。采用GC-MS对萜烯中杂质的定性分析,以及GC-FID色谱峰面积归一法,确定了萜烯试剂纯度结果。通过评估分析方法的重复性、仪器线性、FID响应因子(或有效碳数)以及其它未识别的微量组分等因素的影响,对纯度测定结果的不确定度进行评估。实验获得了萜烯试剂的纯度结果为:柠檬烯(98.91%±0.71%),异戊二烯(99.09%±0.56%),α-蒎烯(98.91%±0.56%),β-蒎烯(98.81%±0.48%),α-松油烯(89.26%±0.99%),γ-松油烯(96.65%±0.82%),2-蒈烯(96.26%±0.76%),月桂烯(91.29%±0.84%)。
8 pure terpene reagents including limonene were analyzed by using both GC-MS and GC-FID. Here GC-MS was used to identify the impurities in terpene reagent, and GC-FID peak areas were normalized to obtain the purity data of specific terpene reagent. The uncertainty contributions from analytical repeatability, instrumental linearity, FID response factor (effective carbon number(ECN) ), and those unknown trace components were evaluated. The measured purity were obtained as following: limonene(98.91% ± 0. 71% ), isoprene (99. 09%± 0. 56% ), α-pinene (98. 91%± 0. 56% ), α-pinene(98.81% ± 0. 48% ), ct-terpinene ( 89.26% ± 0. 99% ) , 7-terpinene ( 96. 65% ±0. 82% ) , 2-carene ( 96. 26%±0. 76% ), myrcene(91.29% ± 0. 84% ).
