张掖市农村既有民用建筑能耗调查与节能改造建议 被引量:2

Energy Consumption Survey and Energy Conservation Retrofitting Proposals for Existing Civil Buildings in Rural Areas of Zhangye City

摘要 在日趋严峻的能源形势下,国家先后出台了多项建筑节能法规与技术规范,旨在推动节能建筑的建造和非节能建筑的改造,以及控制非节能建筑的产生。近年来,新建及改造的民用建筑均需遵循气候设计和节能设计方法,以达到节能建筑规范要求。围绕节能建筑中新材料、新方法等的研究较多,但针对既有农村民用建筑节能现状的研究较少。以河西走廊中部张掖市所辖代表性区域的农村既有建筑为对象,采用问卷调查法和住户访谈法,对影响张掖市农村既有建筑节能的主要因素现状进了分析,并提出了节能改造建议,以期为该地区农村既有建筑节能改造提供借鉴。 In the increasingly serious energy situation, the state has issued a number of buildingenergy conservation laws and the technical specification, designed to promote energy - saving buildingconstruction and the transformation of energy saving buildings, as well as the control of energy savingbuildings. In recent years, new and renovated civil buildings must comply with climate design and energy -saving design methods to meet the requirements of energy - saving building codes. There are manyresearches on new materials and methods of energy - saving buildings, but there are few researches on theexisting energy conservation status of existing rural civil buildings. Targeting rural existing buildings inrepresentative areas under the jurisdiction of Zhangye City in the central Hexi Corridor are expounded, thequestionnaire survey method and interview method are utilized, main factors of affecting existing buildingsenergy efficiency in rural Zhangye are analyzed with energy - saving retrofitting suggestions, in order toprovide reference for the energy - saving retrofitting of existing buildings in rural areas of the region.
