摘要
从河南省商丘市小麦田里于扬花期采集土样3份,通过ITS2宏测序方法结合平板培养法研究了小麦扬花期田间真菌种类,发现小麦田块物种多样性指数明显大于甜瓜地块,平均有1 630个OTUS。培养法获得的主要菌株为枝细枝孢(Cladosporium ramotenellum)、疣孢漆斑霉(Myrothecium verrucaria)和链格孢(Alternaria alternata),并对其形态进行详尽的描述。
Three soil samples were collected from wheat fields in Shangqiu City of Henan Province. The fungal species at the flowering stage of wheat were studies by ITS2 macro sequencing combined with plate culture method. The results showed that the species diversity index of wheat field was significantly greater than that of melon plots, for an average of 1 630 OTUS. The main strains obtained by culture were Cladosporium ramotenellum,Myrothecium verrucaria and Alternaria alternata, and their morphology was described in detail.
