摘要 选取PLC外壳盖为研究对象,首先根据产品的结构,围绕PLC外壳盖的模具设计、工艺成型难点等有关内容进行详细阐述,其次对其塑件材料、成型工艺进行分析,并阐述PLC外壳盖注塑模具设计的注意事项以及设计过程,主要包括:确定分型面、设计侧抽芯机构、针对产品内侧的凹孔进行弹块抽芯设计、选择合适的模架,最后运用Moldflow软件进行模拟分析,进行网格划分,选择最合适的浇口数量和位置,从充填时间、翘曲以及气穴方面优化了浇注系统,模拟分析了冷却系统,选择最合适的设计方案。 The PLC shell cover is selected as the research object. First, according to the structure of the product, the die design and the difficult points of the process forming are elaborated in detail. Secondly, the plastic parts material and the molding process are analyzed. The points for attention and the design process of the injection mold design for the PLC cover are described, including the determination of the parting surface, the design side core pulling mechanism, the design of the pulling core for the concave holes on the inside of the product, and the selection of the appropriate mold frame. Finally, using Moldflow software to simulate and analyze the grid, select the most suitable number and position of the gate, optimize the pouring system from the filling time, warp and gas hole, simulate and analyze the cooling system, and choose the most suitable design scheme.
