摘要
目的:评价基于"腕踝针"的疼痛管理对骨转移癌患者镇痛效果的影响。方法:选取2017年4月~2018年4月于我院住院的60例骨转移癌患者随机分为对照组和试验组各30例。对照组予骨转移癌病人常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上实施基于"腕踝针"的中西医结合疼痛管理,共干预7天。采用NRS评分、疼痛缓解率、爆发性疼痛次数与不良反应发生率进行评价。结果:共59名患者完成研究。试验组NRS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);干预后试验组疼痛缓解率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);干预期间试验组爆发性疼痛出现次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);干预期间不良反应发生率试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:基于"腕踝针"的中西医结合疼痛管理能改善骨转移癌患者的疼痛控制效果,减少爆发性疼痛的发生,且能降低患者药物不良反应的发生。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of pain management based on wrist ankle acupuncture on analgesic effect of patients with metastatic tumors of bone. Methods： 60 inpatients with bone metastatic carcinoma who came from our hospital were selected as subjects from April 2017 to April 2018. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 30 cases each. The subjects in the control group were conducted conventional nursing of cancer bone metastases; the subjects in the experimental group were implemented not only the conventional nursing but also the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Pain Management Based on Wrist-ankle Acupuncture, with a intervention 7 days. The NRS score,pain relief rate and the frequency of explosive pain during intervention were evaluated to analyze the effect. Results： The study was completed in 59 cases. The NRS score of the experi-mental group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 0 5） . The pain relief rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05） . The experimental group broke out during the intervention period. The number of sexual pains was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 0 5 ） . The incidence of adverse reactions during the intervention was lower in the experimental group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion： Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine pain management based on wrist-ankle acupuncture can improve pain control effect and reduce the incidence of explosive pain and adverse reactions in patients with bone metastases.
