摘要
汽车纵梁平板数控冲孔生产线的加工工艺主要有两种:一种为边定位,一种为中心定位。边定位工艺加工的板材只能保证所有孔到定位边的精度,而无法保证孔到板材中心线的精度。本文讲述了利用直线位移传感器测量实际板宽,将边定位转换为中心定位,来解决加工过程中出现的精度问题的方法。
There are two kinds of processing technologies for the flat steel CNC punching production line of automobile longitudinal beam. One is the edge positioning and the other is the central positioning. The edge-processed plates can only ensure the accuracy of all holes to the positioning edge, and cannot guarantee the precision of the hole-to-plate centerline. This article describes how to solve the accuracy problem in the machining process by measuring the actual board width with a linear displacement sensor and converting the edge positioning to center positioning.
