摘要
胆囊切除术是急性胆囊炎及胆结石病症的有效治疗手段,然临床多见术后呕吐、吞酸、上腹部胀气、疼痛等症者,胃镜提示为胆汁返流性胃炎。余真教授从医50余载,在胃肠功能紊乱的治疗上具有独到见解和确切疗效,尤认为胆囊切除术后胃肠病的病因主系肝胃不和,并伴脾胃虚寒、胃阴不足及脾胃湿热等。余真教授将其归纳为胆囊切除术后综合征,主张以疏肝利胆、和胃降逆为根本大法,辨证佐以"温中健脾""滋阴养胃"及"清热利湿"诸法,屡获良效,值得认真总结并推广于临床。
Cholecystectomy is an effective treatment for acute cholecystitis and gall-stone disease,but clinical common such as postoperative vomiting,swallow acid,abdominal bloating and pain.And the gastroscope hint of bile reflux gastritis.Professor Yu zhen take a job as a doctor is more than 50 years,in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction has unique insights and exact curative effect,especially claimed that the pathogeny of gastrointestinal disease after Cholecystectomy is Liver-stomach disharmony,and with Deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach,Stomach Yin deficiency and Damp heat in the spleen and the stomach.Professor Yu zhen really to be summarized as syndrome after Cholecystectomy.Advocated that soothing liver-gallbladder and stomach drop inverse as the prime ways,dialectical with ＂Spleen in the warm＂,＂Yin nourishing the stomach＂ and＂Clearing heat and promoting diuresis＂,obtain a good effect repeatedly,which is worth to summarize and spread in the clinic.
