摘要
我国生态文明建设已步入制度化阶段,并形成了＂1＋6＂的制度体系。在旅游大众化趋势不断提高,旅游经济高速增长的背景下,应正确理解可持续旅游的含义,并充分认识我国可持续旅游发展所面临的各种挑战。文章根据生态文明建设目标和相关制度安排,从制定可持续旅游发展条例,推进国家公园体制建设并推动立法研究,探索建立旅游主体功能区制度,建立可持续旅游发展账户系统等方面提出了建议。
Ecological civilization has entered into the stage of institutional construction, and formed the system of ＂1＋6＂. In the context of rapid growth of mass tourism development, the meaning of sustainable tourism should be properly understood and the challenges faced by China should be fully recognized. According to the ecological civilization construction target and related institutional arrangements, this paper provides some suggestions, such as regulations for sustainable tourism development, setting up the national park system, building tourism development priority zones, establishing sustainable tourism account, etc.
