摘要
相对电导率可作为一项重要指标评价植物的抗寒性。为评价引进的新兴能源树种竹柳"5号"品种在小兴安岭伊春林区的抗寒性和适应性,对竹柳的电导率、含水量及生物量指标进行测定。结果表明:竹柳枝条电导率数值随月平均温度发生变化,两指标高度相关;竹柳含水量没有随月平均温度发生明显变化。而干物质量表现出随月平均温度而降低的梯度变化。说明竹柳在小兴安岭林区具有一定抗寒性,但这一性状是否可以完全适应伊春林区的气候条件还应进一步观察确定。
Relative electrical conductivity can be used as an important indicator to evaluate the cold hardiness of plants. In order to evaluate the cold resistance and adaptability of the newly introduced bamboo tree "No.5" variety in Yichun forest region of Xiaoxing' an Mountains, the conductivity, water content and biomass index of bamboo willow were determined. The results showed: the electrical conductivity of bamboo willow branches changed with the monthly average temperature, and the two indexes were highly correlated. Water content of bamboo willow did not change significantly with monthly average temperature. But the dry matter quality showed a gradient change with monthly mean temperature. It shows that the bamboo willow has certain cold resistance in Xiaoxing' an Mountains. However, whether this trait can be fully adapted to the climatic conditions in Yichun forest area should be further observed and determined.
