摘要
目的构建中药注射剂合理用药评价指标体系,方便临床药师开展合理用药点评工作,提高中药注射剂合理应用水平。方法通过文献评阅、小组讨论及德尔菲法,构建中药注射剂合理用药评价体系。向20名专家发放咨询问卷,对咨询结果进行分析,筛选指标并确定其权重。结果经两轮专家咨询,平均权威程度0.815,一级指标协调系数为0.743,二级指标协调系数为0.711,经χ2检验差异有统计学意义,专家意见趋于一致,最终形成中药注射剂合理用药评价体系一级指标3个,二级指标11个,并确立了各指标权重。结论建立中药注射剂合理用药评价指标体系可对中药注射剂的合理应用进行综合评价,促进中药注射剂合理应用。
OBJECTIVE To establish an assessment index for rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections. And for the clinical pharmacists conveniently to carry out the comment on rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections. METHODS Through literature review,panel discussions and Delphi method to set a initial assessment indicators. The suitable indicators were selected and weights were also calculated by 20 experts participating in consultation. RESULTS The experts through a two-round Delphi method,The average coefficient of experts＇ authorities was 0. 815. Kendalls coefficients were 0. 743 and 0. 711,the result is credible and the experts agreement was high. The final index system was established with 3 first-class indicators,11 second-class indicators. The weights of the indicators were also calculated. CONCLUSION The establishment of index system helps assess the rationality of traditional Chinese medicine injections effectively and promote the level of rational use.
