摘要
文章主要通过火焰原子吸收法测定奶牛精料补充料中铁含量,对测量结果进行不确定度分析。主要从饲料称样、定容、转移、标准物质、标准曲线拟合等方面分析和计算不确定度分量。结果显示:影响饲料中铁含量测定结果不确定度的主要来源包括饲料前处理过程的不确定度和拟合工作曲线方程的引入的不确定度。通过对各个不确定度分量计算得到标准不确定度为6.09%,扩展不确定度为7.74 mg/kg。
The uncertainty determination of iron contents in cow concentrate supplements by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was studied in this paper. The uncertainties were analyzed and calculated mainly from the aspects of feed weight, constant volume, transfer, standard substances, standard curve fitting. The results showed that the main factors effecting the uncertainty of determination of iron content were the uncertainty of feed pretreatment process and the uncertainty of fitting working curve equation. The standard uncertainty was 6.09% and the extended uncertainty was 7.74 mg/kg.
