水性纳米硅改性苯丙硅酮建筑密封胶 被引量:3

摘要 以水性聚苯丙乳液(HY-308)为原料,N-氨乙基-3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(KH-602)为偶联剂,加入纳米硅进行接枝共聚,继而与邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、磷酸三丁酯(按照质量比为100∶3∶3)进行物理共混制得了环保型水性纳米硅改性HY-308硅酮建筑密封胶。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和拉力试验机等对水性纳米硅改性HY-308硅酮建筑密封胶的胶膜耐水性、耐腐蚀性、耐候性和耐温性进行了表征、观察和测试。结果表明,当纳米硅的用量为4%时,纳米硅在HY-308中的分散程度相对最好,且与高分子链结合形成了稳定的立体网状结构,制得的改性HY-308性能均一稳定,在此配比下胶膜的稳定性、耐久性、耐温性、耐水性、黏度、色度和抗紫外线等性能均较为优异。 Using water-based polystyrene acrylic emulsion as the raw material, KH-602(N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropyl methyl dimethyl silane) as the coupling agent, the graft copolymerization of the nano silica with them was completed, then the environment friendly water based nano-silica modified HY-308 silicone construction sealant was prepared by physically blending of the product with dioctyl phthalate and tributyl phosphate in 100∶3∶3 by weight. Its water resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance and temperature resistance were characterized and investigated by FTIR, SEM, DSC and tensile testing machine. The results show that when the amount of nano-silica is 4% the nano-silica dispersion in the HY-308 emulsion is the best. A stable emulsion with the stereo network structure, uniform functionality and excellent stability, durability, temperature resistance and water resistance of the sealant film is formed.
