摘要
目的了解南通市职业健康检查机构分布、能力水平和存在问题,为合理设置全市职业健康检查机构和战略布局"十三五规划"提供参考。方法采用问卷调查方法对南通市目前具有资质的职业健康检查机构相关信息进行调查和分析。结果南通市18家职业健康检查机构,有职业病防治专业技术人员303人。职业健康检查机构基本覆盖全市各县(市、区),其资质范围基本能满足全市职业健康检查工作需要,但部分县(市、区)机构数量不能满足其辖区工作需求。专业人员年龄结构偏老龄化,缺少高学历人员。民营医疗机构职业健康检查工作量占到全市工作总量的43.82%,职业禁忌证和疑似职业病检出率民营医疗机构明显低于公立医院和疾病预防控制机构。结论南通市职业健康检查网络已基本建成,但要优化各县(市、区)机构设置,建设合理的职业病防治人才梯队,注重培养年轻一代职业病防治专业人员,引进高学历人才。加强对民营医疗机构监管和培训,以提高其职业健康检查质量和水平。
Objective To understand the distribution,ability and problems of occupational health inspection agencies in Nantong,so as to provide the basis for institutions setting and 13 th Five-Year Plan strategic framework. Methods The relevant information of occupational health inspection agencies in Nantong was obtained by questionnaire survey,and the data were statistically analyzed. Results There were 18 occupational health inspection agencies and 303 professional technical personnel in Nantong. The distribution of institutions covered all districts. The qualification of occupational health inspection agencies basically met the needs of occupational health examination in Nantong,but the number of agencies in some counties did not. The age structure of the health professionals in Nantong was aging,and there was a lack of high-quality professionals. The workload of occupational health inspection for private medical institutions accounted for 43. 82% of the total occupational health inspection work in the city. The detection rates of occupational taboos and suspected occupational disease patients in private medical institutions were obviously lower than that of public hospitals and disease prevention and control institutions.Conclusion The occupational health inspection network has been basically established in Nantong. However,we should optimize the framework of the occupational health inspection agencies in all counties, build rational talent echelon of occupational disease prevention and control,train the young generation,and introduce high-level talents. The supervision and training for private medical institutions should be strengthened to improve the quality and level of occupational health inspection.
