摘要 对气相色谱质谱联用法(GC-MS)测定聚氯乙烯中塑化剂DBP的不确定度进行系统分析。阐述了测量结果不确定度的主要来源为标准溶液的配置、样品溶液的制备、重复性及标准曲线拟合四部分,并对这些不确定度分量进行量化计算及合成。得到其测得的量值及扩展不确定度=(1179±57)mg/kg,(k=2)。通过评估,得出影响DBP含量测定不确定度的主要影响因素为标准曲线拟合,并对其所产生的原因进行了分析。 Evaluation of the uncertainty of the plasticizer DBP in polyvinyl chloride was analyzed by GC-MS. The uncertainty mainly caused by the configuration of standard solution, the preparation of sample solution, the repeatability of measurement and the fitting of standard curve. These uncertainties were quantified and synthesized. Its confidence interval was given as =(1179±56)mg/kg,(k=2). Through evaluation, it was found and analyzed that the uncertainly of the fitting of standard curve had greatest influence on the uncertainly of results.
