摘要
聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)是一种结晶性聚合物,其透光率主要受结晶度和晶粒尺寸的影响。结晶成核剂对结晶聚合物的结晶过程和晶粒大小有较大影响,本实验研究了四种反应型成核剂(无机钠盐)以及三种非反应型成核剂(超细滑石粉和山梨醇)对PBT结晶性和透光率的影响。结果表明:四种钠盐反应型成核剂都能够降低PBT的结晶温度和晶粒尺寸,显著提高PBT的透光性,其中碳酸氢钠和无水碳酸钠提高幅度最大;三种非反应型成核剂对PBT的结晶度和结晶速率有一定影响,然而不能改变PBT的晶粒尺寸,对PBT的透光性没有影响。
Poly(butylene terephthalate)(PBT) is one of thermoplastic aromatic crystalline polymer. The transmittance of PBT is mainly affected by the crystallinity and grain size. Nucleating agents have great influence on the crystallization and grain size of PBT material. The effects of two kinds of nucleating agents(reactive and nonreactive nucleating agent), such as sodium salt, carboxylate sodium salt, ultrafine talcum powder and sorbitol, on the crystallization and transparency properties were studied. The results show that sodium salt nucleating agents could decrease the crystallization temperature and reduce the grain size of PBT material, so the transmittance of PBT was significantly imrove. Two kinds of nonreactive nucleating agent had no influence on the transparency properties, because it has less infect on the grain size of PBT material.
