摘要
基于计划行为理论和陕西省690户设施蔬菜种植户购买"银保富"大棚损失险的调查数据,采用Probit模型和层次回归模型,实证分析了农业保险政府推广与农民金融素养对创新型农业保险产品农民行为响应的影响效应及其作用机理。结果表明:政府推广显著促进了农民购买创新型农业保险产品,但政府宣传推广农业保险政策与农业保险产品的力度有待提升;金融素养对农民购买创新型农业保险产品具有显著的正向影响,但农民金融素养的总体水平相对较低;金融素养在政府推广影响创新型农业保险产品农民行为响应关系中具有中介效应。
According to the theory of planned behavior and survey data of 690 facilities vegetable growers in Shaanxi province,and by using probit model and hierarchical regression model,this paper empirically analyzed the effect of agricultural insurance government promotion and farmers' financial literacy on farmers' response to innovative agricultural insurance.The results show that the level of agricultural insurance government promotion is relatively low,government promotion significantly promotes farmers to purchase innovative agricultural insurance products;farmers' financial literacy is not high,financial literacy significantly promotes farmers to purchase innovative agricultural insurance;financial literacy has an intermediary effect between agricultural insurance government promotions with farmers' purchase decision.
