抗浮锚杆承载力检测设备与技术研究 被引量:2

Testing Equipment and Technical Research on Bearing Capacity of Anti-Floating Anchor Rod

摘要 为解决地下室锚杆密集、弯形端头及弯折锚杆钢筋下料等难题,研制了一种组装式检测机具,并对其制作安装过程、具体检测过程和注意事项进行了介绍。经试用,新型组装式抗浮锚杆拉拔试验机具的检测精准,可有效地解决施工难题,亦为同类工程提供了借鉴。 In order to solve the difficulties of dense anchor rods in the basement, curved ends, bending of anchor rods, blanking of rebars and so on, a modular type testing equipment has been developed. In addition, the manufacturing and installation process, specific inspection process as well as precautions were introduced in this paper. After initial trial, the detection data of such new modular type anti-floating anchor rod pull-out testing equipment are extremely accurate, which can effectively solve the construction difficulties and provide references for similar projects.
