摘要
目的分析不同问卷对健康素养评价结果的影响,为科学开展健康素养评价提供依据。方法分别使用2015版和2016版健康素养监测调查问卷对社区居民进行调查,对两次结果进行分析。结果两次调查对象的性别、年龄、文化程度和职业分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。居民健康素养具备率分别为19.1%和28.4%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。用两份问卷中都用于健康素养评分的46道相同题目计算健康素养,结果分别为28.5%和29.1%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.759)。将第一次调查正确率仅为7.1%的题目去除,计算健康素养为28.5%,结果与第二次调查相近(P=0.949)。结论宝山区两次健康素养调查结果差异因题目因素造成,提示讨论健康素养结果时应充分考虑问卷的影响。
Objective To analyze the influence on evaluation results of health literacy by different evaluation questionnaires, to provide basis for scientific evaluation of health literacy. Methods The community residents were investigated by using the 2015 and 2016 edition of health literacy questionnaire, and the two results were analyzed. Results The gender, age, education level, and occupation among the community residents of two investigations were not statistically significant(P〉0.05), but the health literacy levels of residents were 19.1% and 28.4%, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000). The health literacy level was calculated on the 46 same questions of health literacy score in both questionnaires, and the results were 28.5% and 29.1% which the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.759). By taking out the question which its accuracy was only 7.1% in the first survey, the health literacy level was 28.5%, which was similar to that in the second survey(P=0.949). Conclusion The results of the two health literacy surveys in Baoshan district are caused by the questions factors, indicating that the discussion of health literacy results should fully consider the influence of the questionnaire.
