基于踏板开度的油门踏板舒适性研究 被引量:1

摘要 汽车的动力输出基本由油门控制,目前动力输出参数的匹配多基于经验,并未与油门行程和踏板力一一对应,导致长途驾驶时,极易引起驾驶疲劳。选取德系、美系、日系及自主品牌的10款车,通过分析其油门开度与踏板行程和力的关系,筛选影响舒适性的参数,并给出了设计建议值,对于指导油门踏板的舒适性设计有一定的参考意义。 The car' s power output is basically controlled by the accelerator. At present,the matching of the power output parameters is mostly based on experience,and they do not correspond to the throttle stroke and the pedal force,which may cause driving fatigue during longdistance driving. 10 models of German,American,Japanese and independent brands were selected by analyzing the relationship between the throttle opening and the pedal stroke and force,and the parameters affecting comfort were selected. The design recommendations were given. It has a certain reference significance for guiding the comfort design of the accelerator pedal.
