摘要
目的探讨高血压社区综合干预对原发性高血压患者的影响。方法选取2015~2016年本社区的200例原发性高血压病患者作为研究对象,为他们建立详细的健康档案,对血压以及血糖血脂等各项生化指标进行记录,并在1年内给予社区综合干预。比较社区综合干预前后患者的疾病知晓、治疗和控制情况。结果经过1年的社区综合干预,患者对于高血压疾病的知晓率明显提高,治疗率从32%升高到68%,平均SBP从(168.52±8.66)mm Hg下降到(136.35±10.54)mm Hg,血压控制率从24%升高到了52%,并且血脂、血糖水平也得到了很大程度的改善,上述各项干预前后的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对社区原发性高血压患者进行规范化的综合干预,能够明显提高疾病知晓率、控制率,提升患者的健康水平和生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive community intervention on essential hypertension.Methods A total of 200 essential hypertension patients from 2015 to 2016 in our community were selected as the subjects, and established their health archive. The blood pressure, glucose, lipid metabolism and other biochemical indexes were recorded and taken community-based integrative intervention for 1 year. The awareness rate, treatment condition and control condition before and after intervention were compared. Results After community-based integrative intervention, the awareness rate of hypertension were improved, and the treatment rate was increased from 32% to 68%, the average SBP went from（168.52±8.66） mm Hg and the rate of blood pressure control was increased from 24% to 52%. The blood-lipid and glucose levels were also improved. The difference between two groups showed statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Taken community-based integrative intervention on essential hypertension patients can improve the awareness rate, disease control rate, the health of patients and their life quality obviously. It is worth to be popularized and applied.
