摘要
在菲利普·罗斯的小说《我嫁给了共产党人》中,艾拉·林戈尔德和伊芙·弗瑞从自我的异化到生命的终结,媒介发挥了决定性的作用,而善于思考且远离媒介的默里·林戈尔德却保持着本真的自我和强大的生命力。在形形色色的思想观念通过各式各样的电子媒介严重影响人类生活的今天,三位主人公的不同命运能起到一定的警示和引导作用。
In the novel I Married a Communist written by Philip Roth, working as a driving force, mass media alienates the self of Ira Ringold and Eve Frame and terminates their life as well. Meanwhile, Murray Ringold who has successfully resisted the impact of mass media can keep the purity of his self and enjoy the vitality of his life. Disturbed by all sorts of ideas which are conveyed through varieties of electronic media, people can learn much from the fates of the three main characters.
