摘要
                
                    对改革前的职业学校电气类技能大赛项目备赛方法进行了简要介绍,分析了改革传统技能大赛备赛制度的必要性,提出了改革后的集训备赛制度。该制度包括选手初选、集体授课、集体考核、分项目授课、分项目考核和集训比赛六个环节。改革后的集训制度减轻了指导教师的工作负担、拓展了学生的知识范围、增加了选拔出优秀学生的几率,促进了电气类技能比赛项目成绩和教学效果的共同提高。
                
                This paper briefly introduced the training system of electrical skill competition before the reform of our school. The new system of training for professional college skills competition was proposed after the necessity of reforming traditional skills competition was analyzed. The new system consists of primary election, collective teaching, unified cheek, divided teaching, divided cheek and training. After the reform, the new training system alleviates the burden of supervising teachers, expands the students' knowledge and increases the chances of selecting outstanding students. The implementation of the post-reform electrical skills competition training system has promoted the improvement of the performanee of electrical skills competition and education effects in our school.
