摘要
某船用汽轮发电机组在试验过程中出现断油故障导致行星轴烧毁,对齿轮箱进行了拆检,对故障原因进行了分析,确定故障原因为:由于单向阀卡涩,当电动油泵与主油泵切换后,在主油泵工作时,大量润滑油通过单向阀泄漏至油箱,导致调节油压迅速下降,程序控制电动油泵频繁启停,电动油泵热继电器过载保护从而无法启动,润滑油压持续下降导致齿轮箱断油引起行星轴烧毁。通过对单向阀进行改进,消除了机组由于单向阀卡涩导致润滑油内漏引起断油的风险,为后续机组单向阀设计及机组试验提供了试验依据。
During the test of a marine steam turbine generator set, the oil supply failure caused the burnout of planetary shaft. The gearbox is dismantled and the cause of the fault is analyzed. The cause of the fault is determined as follows: due to the jam of one-way valve, a large amount of lubricating oil leaks to the fuel tank through the one-way valve after the electric oil pump and the main oil pump are switched and the main oil pump is working, which causes the rapid drop of regulating oil pressure. The program controls the electric oil pump to start and stop frequently, and the electric oil pump thermal relay is overload-protected and cannot be started. The continued drop of lubrication oil pressure causes the gearbox to break and the planet shaft burn out. By improving the one-way valve, the risk of oil supply failure caused by the internal leakage of the lubricating oil due to the one-way valve jam is eliminated, which provides a test basis for the subsequent one-way valve design and unit test.
