摘要
通过对基础工业工程(IE)相关技术在A企业装配线的推行,利用秒表测量法确定生产线瓶颈工位、应用生产线平衡相关理论对生产线平衡性进行效果评价并寻找不平衡原因、采用ECRS原则进行流程重组等,为企业提出生产线平衡的改善方案。最后通过对改善前后生产线平衡效益对比,确定打破生产线不平衡所产生的效率损失,消除生产过程的浪费现象,优化成本。
Based on the basic industrial engineering (IE) technology assembly in A enterprise implementation, such as the use of stopwatch method to determine the bottleneck stations, utilizing the production line balance theory of production line balance evaluation and find out the reasons of unbalanced, using ECRS principle of process reengineering, proposed the plan of improvement of production line balancing for the enterprise. Finally, through the comparison of production line balancing benefit before and after improvement, the efficiency loss caused by the unbalance of production line is determined, the waste phenomenon in production process is eliminated, and the cost is optimized.
