摘要
通过单因素实验和正交实验优化百蕊草总黄酮的醇提法提取工艺,确定最佳工艺条件为:提取温度70℃、料液比1∶40(g∶mL)、乙醇体积分数80%、提取时间4h,在此条件下,总黄酮提取率达到5.33%。该方法的精密度、稳定性、重复性良好,回收率为97.213%。
We optimized the ethanol extraction process of total flavonoids fromThesiumchinenseby singlefactor experiments and orthogonal experiments.The optimum extraction conditions are determined as follows:the extraction temperature of 70 ℃,the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶40(g∶mL),the ethanol volume fraction of80%,and the extraction time of 4 h.Under above conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids reaches5.33%.The method possesses the characteristics of high precision,stability,and reproducibility,and the recovery is 97.213%.
