摘要
针对解决企业库存毛纺面料问题,在分析库存毛纺面料结构和特点的基础上,挖掘其与时尚室内软装饰产品的结合点。再通过重新组合毛纺库存面料,以二次再造面料等多种方式,对库存面料重新设计。根据面料设计结果,依照其特色用于室内软装饰产品。最终将完成的室内软装饰产品应用于空间,并进行陈列设计,完成5种风格毛纺面料室内软装饰配套产品。为企业库存面料再利用、毛纺室内软装产品开发等提供参考。
To solve the problem of large amount of stock wool fabric in the factories, the utilization of them in interior decoration applications were studied. First, the composition, structure and feature of stock wool fabrics were analyzed, then, they were re-designed with different methods; after that, the invented fabrics was applied to interior decoration according to their features; finally, the completed interior decoration were applied to space with display design, and totally five styles of wool fabrics interior decoration products were developed. The detailed description of the project＇s completion process and method based on the actual completed project case were made in this paper, which can provide reference for manufacturing and research issues such as inventory fabrics recycling and product development of wool interior decoration.
