摘要
目的分析"管办分离"新模式下新建三甲综合医院的临床用血情况。方法对南方医科大学深圳医院2016年3月-2017年3月临床用血病例按月进行统计分析,并将门急诊人数、手术台数、出院人数纳入统计。结果总用血量、悬浮红细胞用量、血浆用量呈递增趋势,而血小板、冷沉淀、洗涤红细胞用量不规律。悬浮红细胞、血浆使用总体控制较好,但血浆仍存不合理使用现象。结论该院临床用血不规律,需加强血液库存管理与输血管理。
Objective To analyze the clinical use of blood in newly-built tertiary general hospitals under the new mode of separation of management and operation. Methods The monthly clinical use of blood and number of emergency, operation and discharged cases were analyzed between March 2016 and March 2017 in the Affiliated Shenzhen Hospital of Southern Medical University. Results The application of whole blood, suspended red blood cells, and plasma showed an increasing tendency, while that of platelets, cryoprecipitate, and washed red blood cells was irregular. The use of suspended red blood cells and plasma was fairly controlled, whereas that of plasma was still unreasonable. Conclusion The clinical use of blood is irregular, and management of blood inventory and blood transfusions remains to be reinforced in this hospital.
