LPG泄漏扩散数值模拟

摘要 液化石油气(LPG)的泄漏扩散受多种因素的影响.利用数值计算的方法,在一定的太阳辐射下,考虑相对湿度,采用有限体积法(FVM)离散控制方程,采用SIMPLE方法处理速度与压力的耦合问题,采用离散坐标模型(DOM)求解辐射换热,得到不同相对湿度和有无太阳辐射条件下的质量分数分布图.旨在揭示环境相对湿度和太阳辐射对LPG泄漏扩散流动过程及其演变规律的影响.研究结果显示:相对湿度和太阳辐射对LPG泄漏扩散均有影响,相对湿度越大,LPG重气效果越明显;太阳辐射提高环境温度,增大了环境与LPG之间换热效率,使其温度升高,增大了泄漏扩散的速度. It is studied that leakage and diffusion of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)is affected by a variety of factors.And the factors affect the diffusion of LPG under the condition of sunlight and relative humidity.The finite volume method(FVM)is employed to solve the discrete governing equations,the SIMPLE method is used to deal with the coupling problem of velocity and pressure,and the discrete coordinate model(DOM)is adopted to solve the radiative heat transfer.The mass fraction distribution under different relative humidity and solar radiation is obtained in order to reveal diffusion process and its evolution law of LPG leakage and diffusion.The results show that relative humidity and solar radiation have an effect on LPG leakage and diffusion.The relative humidity is greater,and LPG heavy gas effect is more obvious.Solar radiation improves the ambient temperature,and enhances the environment and LPG heat transfer efficiency between the temperature and the speed of leakage.
