摘要
化学换肤术是皮肤科临床治疗应用的主要方式之一,在各种痤疮治疗和面部光老化改善应用中具有较为显著的效果。尤其是随着化学剥脱剂类型的不断更新以及换肤术水平不断提高,化学换肤术在临床应用越来越广泛。本文将结合化学换肤术及其临床应用研究开展的现状,对其作用机制、方法分类以及临床治疗应用情况等进行总结分析,以为相关实践及研究提供参考。
Chemical skin resurfacing is one of the main therapeutic methods in dermatology.It has remarkable effect in acnes treatment and facial photoaging improvement.Especially with the renewal of the type of chemical stripping agent and the improvement of skin resurfacing,chemical skin resurfacing is more and more widely used in clinical practice.Based on the present situation of chemical skin resurfacing and its clinical application,this paper summarized and analyzed the mechanism,classification and clinical treatment of chemical skin resurfacing in order to provide reference for relevant practice and research.
