摘要
高职院校学生管理工作是人才培养工作的重要组成部分,学生管理工作的好坏直接影响人才培养的效果。高职学院管理者要全面了解当前所面临的工作现状,不断完善和改进教育管理模式,调整工作方向,为高职学生的健康成才做出应有的贡献。
Student management in higher vocational colleges is an important part of talent training. The quality of student management directly affects the effect of talent training. The administrators of higher vocational colleges should fully understand the current work situation, continuously improve the education management mode, adjust the work direction, and make contributions to the healthy development of higher vocational students.
