摘要
近几年来,随着社会的发展进步,社会对人才的创新与创业能力有了更高的要求。在国家相关政策的引导下,高职高专院校与时俱进,以此为契机,转型发展,将培养学生创新与创业能力的教育充分融入素质教育综合改革。本文从分析高职高专院校实施素质教育的意义出发,剖析高职高专院校学生创新与创业能力培养的必要性,并进一步研究如何加强高职高专院校学生创新与创业能力培养,结论认为高职高专院校当前认真实施创新与创业能力教育是时代大势,社会所需,应抓住机遇,迎接挑战,努力实现全面提高素质教育质量的成功转型。
In recent years, with the development and progress of society, the society has higher requirements for talents＇ innovation andentrepreneurial ability. Under the guidance of relevant national policies, higher vocational colleges keep pace with the times, taking this asan opportunity to enter into the process of transformation development, where the education that cultivates students＇ ability of innovation andentrepreneurship is fully integrated into the comprehensive reform of quality education. Based on the analysis of the significance ofimplementing quality education in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the necessity of the cultivation of students＇ innovation andentrepreneurship ability in higher vocational colleges, and further studies how to strengthen the cultivation of students＇ innovation andentrepreneurship ability in higher vocational colleges. The conclusion is that,currently,the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurshipeducation seriously in higher vocational colleges is the trend of the times and meets the needs of society, higher vocational colleges shouldseize opportunities and prepare for challenges, and strive to achieve a successful transformation of education quality improvement.
