摘要
对临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式的探索与构建,从明确培养目标、健全培养体系、加强质量监控、完善管理体系等多方面着手,强化医学专业学位研究生临床能力培养力度,具有重要的现实意义。本文探讨临床医学专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训并轨模式下,结合住院医师规范化培训管理实践,介绍培训过程考核管理的实施重点、总结其主要成效,并就过程考核的诸多方面进行了初步分析。
Exploration and construction of the training model for degree graduates of clinical medicine, starting from a clear goal of cultivation, a sound training system, strengthening quality control, improving the management system and so on, to strengthen the training of clinical professional graduate degree clinical ability, has important practical significance. This article discusses the combination of postgraduate training for clinical medicine majors and standardized training for resident physicians, and combines the practice of standardized training for resident physicians to introduce the implementation focus of assessment management for training process, summarizes its main results, and conducts preliminary analysis on many aspects of process assessment.
