摘要
针对传统管壳式换热器制造企业生产过程粗放式管理方式存在的管理效率低、信息化水平落后等问题,通过在化工企业的生产过程管理中应用RFID射频技术,设计开发了一套换热器生产过程管理系统。该系统根据企业实际生产情况,确定了RFID布置方案,解决了企业从生产车间到企业管理部门质检信息传递问题,对系统实现的关键技术(中间件技术、软件开发技术)进行了研究分析,实现了管壳式换热器全生产过程的实时监控管理,满足了换热器制造企业对生产信息实时性与自动化要求,有效掌握了企业车间生产过程,将企业转型成数字化管理企业。
Considering low management efficiency and poor information level of traditional producers of tube-shell heat exchangers,applying RFID technology in production management of chemical enterprises and designing and developing a production management system for heat exchangers were implemented,which has enterprise's actual production situation considered to determine the RFID layout scheme and it solves the problem of transmitting quality information from workshops to management departments. The studies and analysis of middleware technology and software development technology and other key technologies can realize real time monitoring and management of the whole production process of shell-tube heat exchangers and satisfies the enterprise for real-time and automatic production information; and it effectively controls the production process of enterprise workshops as well as transforms an enterprise into an E-management one.
