摘要
                
                    研究对象为某250 km/h不锈钢点焊结构的新型高速铁路客车车体,基于EN12663标准确定了载荷参数及工况,使用ANSYS15.0对车体钢结构强度和刚度进行有限元分析计算。计算结果表明,车体钢结构在各工况下计算应力小于材料的许用应力,刚度和静强度均满足要求,所得结果为车体的优化设计、结构改进提供了参考依据。
                
                The object of the study was a new type of high-speed railway passenger car body of a 250 km/h stainless steel spot welding structure. The load parameters and working conditions were determined based on standard EN12663. With the ANSYS15.0, the strength and stiffness of the car body steel structure was analyzed and calculated by finite element. The calculation results show that the calculation stress is less than the allowable stress of the material under different working conditions for the car body steel structure. The static stiffness and strength meet the requirements. The results provide a reference for the optimization design of car body and the structure improvement.
