摘要
[目的]了解黄河三角洲地区乡村医生基本情况、培训现状及培训需求,找出培训中存在的问题,为制定高效可行的乡村医生培训模式提供依据。[方法]采用问卷调查法对黄河三角洲地区辖区内820名乡村医生进行调查,并对收集到的资料做描述性统计分析。[结果]调查的乡村医生中43.3%的人认为培训时间短,21.9%的人认为培训缺乏实践内容,47.7%的人反映没有培训奖励机制。84.0%的人参加培训的目的是提高医疗水平,43.7%的人觉得脱产学习或进修是比较适合的培训形式,84.1%的人迫切需要关于常见病的诊治与急救方面的培训,37.5%的人反映因为工作离不开而无法参加培训。[结论]此次调查的乡村医生大多学历较低、工作年限长、收入较低。培训时间短和培训内容不能满足工作需求是影响培训的主要因素,乡村医生主要培训需求是疾病诊治、操作技术。建议从制度和法律层面明确规定乡村医生的收入待遇问题,培训突出实用、适用、够用、合用的原则,加强实践训练,重视实际技能的提高。
Objective To understand basic situation,training status and training needs of village doctors in Yellow River Delta region,find out the problems in training so as to provide basis for formulating efficient and feasible training mode for rural doctors. Methods A total of 820 village doctors practicing in the village clinics in the Yellow River Delta area were surveyed by questionnaire and qualitative interview,and made descriptive statistical analysis to collected data. Results 43. 3% investigated village doctors thought that training time was short,21. 9% thought that the training lacked of practice content,47. 7% reflected that lack of training reward system. 84. 0% village doctors＇ training purpose was to improve their medical service level. 43. 7% thought out off work for studying or further education were suitable training form. 84. 1% urgently need for the training of common disease treatment and first aid. 37. 5% answered that they could not leave their post to attend the training. Conclusions Most of this investigated village doctors＇ education are low and their income either. Short training time and training content can not meet the working requirement that are main influencing factors. Main training requirements of village doctors are disease diagnosis and treatment and operation skill. It suggests that clearly establish village doctors＇ income from the system and law. The training should stand out practical,applicable,enough and functional usable principle. Strengthen practical training,pay more attention to the improvement of actual skill.
