摘要
目的：探讨和血明目片联合睫状体光凝术治疗晚期新生血管性青光眼的临床治疗效果。方法：将2015年1月-2017年1月于医院收治的102例（102眼）晚期新生血管性青光眼患者作为研究对象，并将上述患者随机分为观察组及对照组，每组51例。对照组均给予经巩膜睫状体光凝术治疗，观察组在此基础上另给予和血明目片治疗。手术前、手术后1个月、手术后2个月及手术后3个月，分别两组患者眼压、视力及疼痛症状评分进行观察。密切观察两组患者手术后出现的并发症，主要观察指标包括低眼压、角膜水肿、前房渗出与出血、眼球疼痛及葡萄膜炎症，并计算总并发症发生率。结果：手术后1个月、手术后2个月及手术后3个月，两组患者眼压及疼痛症状评分均明显低于本组治疗前，且观察组均明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），而两组患者视力则均明显增高，且观察组明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。手术后，观察组总并发症发生率为13．7％，而对照组总并发症发生率为21．6％，观察组明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：和血明日片联合睫状体光凝术治疗晚期新生血管性青光眼疗效较好，不仅可有效降低患者眼压、改善疼痛，还可降低术后并发症的发生概率，值得进行深入研究。
Objective ： To study the clinical efficacy of Hexue Mingmu Tablets and endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation in the advanced neovascular glaucoma. Methods： A total of 102 advanced neovascular glaucoma patients （102 eyes） from Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated by endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation and the observation group was treated by Hexue Mingmu Tablets on the basis of control group. Before surgery, 1,2 and 3 months after the surgery, the eye pressure, vis- ual acuity and pain symptom score in the two groups were observed. We closely observed the complications in the two groups, including low intraocular pressure, corneal edema, anterior chamber exudate and bleeding, eye pain and grape membrane inflammation, and calculated the total incidence of complications. Results： 1, 2 and 3 months after surgery, the eye pressure and pain symptom score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, while the visual acuity was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. 3 months after the surgery, the rates of complications were 13.7% in the observation group, significantly lower than 21.6% in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions ： Hexue Mingmu Tablets and endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation in the advanced neovascu- lar glaucoma has a good clinical efficacy, and could reduce eye pressure and improve pain in patients.
