摘要
已知脑脊液和血液内神经介质、激素和它们的代谢产物的含量是反映神经内分泌机能的直接指标。因此,我们研制了软组织损伤家兔的病理模型,观察了损伤和按摩前后脑脊液和血液内大量的介质、激素及活性酶的含量,以便揭示推拿按摩作用的本质。本项研究表明,按摩对软组织损伤家兔中枢和外周的介质、激素和活性酶具有良性调整作用,从中阐明了推拿按摩对软组织损伤家兔神经内分泌调整作用的机制。
It is known that the contents of neurotransmitters and hormaones,their metabolites in cerobrospinal fluid(C.S.F.)and blood are the direct indexes reflecting the neuroendoerinal function. Therefore,we have made the pathologic models of soft tissue injury of the limb in the injured rabbits and studied the effect of massage on the neuroendocrinal function in he injured rabbits.We have ob- served the contents of a munber of transmitters,hormones and activator in C.S.F.and blood of rab- bits before and after massage,so as to explain the essence of the massage effect.This study shows that the massage had the benign regulatory effects on central and peripheral mediatores,hormones and acti- vatores in injured rabbits,suggesting the mechanism of massage's effects on the neuroendocrine regula- tion in the rabbits soft tissue injury.
