摘要
目的探讨基于PACS多模式教学在医学影像学见习中的应用价值。方法医学影像专业五年制本科生甲、乙两班共60名,甲班设为实验组、乙班设为对照组,每组各30人。分别带教见习,每系统结束课时共进行6次随堂测试(理论及阅片);期末问卷调查1次。结果实验组6次随堂测试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学生满意度、兴趣满意度、总体满意度、教师满意度、随堂测试满意度,实验组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于PACS多模式教学可以明显提高教学效果,具有参考价值。
Objective To explore the application value of PACS-based multi-mode teaching in medical imaging practice. Methods There were 60 undergraduate students in the five-year undergraduate course of medical imaging,and the class A was set as the experimental group and the class B was set as the control group,with 30 people in each group.Trained trainees were given separately.There were 6 queuing tests(theory and reading)at the end of each system;the final questionnaire was conducted once. Results The results of six in-class tests in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05).Satisfaction of students,interest satisfaction,total satisfaction,satisfaction of teachers and in-class test satisfaction were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05).Conclusion Multi-mode teaching based on PACS can obviously improve teaching effect and has significant reference value.
