简谐激励条件下旋流分离器流场特性

摘要 在简谐激励条件下建立了螺旋流道内锥型旋流分离器流固耦合模型,对不同激励频率和振动幅值下的旋流分离器进行模拟分析,通过室内试验验证了结果的准确性,并给出内部流场的变化情况和分离效率变化规律。结果表明:在低频(2~8.5Hz)激励下,频率对轴向速度和径向速度曲线的形态变化和极值影响不大,但圆锥段径向速度的极值会随着振幅的增加而逐渐减小;在高频(15~20Hz)激励下,轴向速度和径向速度的曲线形态受到破坏。旋流分离器的分离效率在振幅保持不变时,分离效率随频率增加呈先波形变化后直线下降的趋势;在频率保持不变时,分离效率随振幅增加均呈下降趋势。在低频低振幅下,旋流分离器的分离效率高于静止状态。 The fluid solid coupling model was established for spiral flow channel conical cyclone separator in harmonic excitation, and the simulation analysis of the cyclone separator with frequency and vibration amplitude wa3 carried out .The accuracy of the re 3 ult3 wa3 verified byexperiments and the rules of internal flow field and the separation efficiency was obtained. Under low frequency (2-8. 5 Hz) excitation, the frequency has little effect on the shape and extreme value of axialvelocity and radial velocity curve, and with the increase of the amplitude, the velocity of the conical section decreases gradually. However, under the high frequency (15-20 Hz) , the curves of the axial velocity and the radial velocity are damaged. When the amplitudethe separation efficiency of cyclone separator is decreasing gradually after the waveform changes with the increase of the frequency. When the frequency remains constant, the separation efficiency with the increase of amplitude. At low frequency and low amplitude, the separation efficiency of the cyclone separator is higher than that of the stationary state.
