摘要
使用洛伦茨曲线和偏移份额法对山东半岛城市群2006年~2015年城市用地结构的时空差异及变化机理进行分析。结果表明:(1)整体上山东半岛城市群五类功能性用地呈扩张趋势,且分布相对均匀,同时存在结构性差异。研究期内,居住用地分布最均衡且稳定,工业用地次之,公共设施用地和道路与交通设施用地分布相对集中,但向均衡分布发展,绿地分布由集中向均衡发展。从区域来看,鲁西北分布最均衡,鲁中南次之,鲁东区域相对较为集中;(2)居住用地、公共设施用地、道路与交通设施用地和绿地为增长性结构,工业用地为衰退性结构;空间分布上看,青岛、济宁、莱芜、德州、聊城和滨州市建设用地扩张迅速,且青岛市和济宁市竞争力较强,济南市较弱。泰安和菏泽市建设用地呈减少趋势。其余地市补给挤出效应互有强弱,其中潍坊市竞争力较弱;(3)城市建设用地结构的变化受经济、人口、产业、城镇居民生活水平和政策等因素的影响。
The paper made an research on temporal and spatial features andchange mechanism of urban land structure across Shandong peninsula urban agglomerationsfrom 2006 to 2015 by adopting the method of Lorenz Curves andShift-share Model. The result showed that： （1）Overall, The five types of functionalsites agglomerations were expanding and the distribution was relativelyuniform in Shandong peninsula urban, and there were structural differences.During the 2006-2015, residential land was the most balanced land and itstrend was stable, followed by land for public facilities, industrial land andland for road and transport facilities with a trend of balanced distribution,green land distribution from centralized to balanced development. From the regionalpoint of view, the distribution of the most balanced in the northwest of Shandong, followed by central and southern Shandong, east of Shandong isrelatively more concentrated. （2）The growing categories include residentialland, land for public facilities, land for road and transport facilities andgreen land belong to a structure of growth, the industrial land belong to astructure of decline; From the spatial distribution,the Qingdao, Jining, Laiwu,Dezhou, Liaocheng and Binzhou＇s construction land was expanding rapidly,the Qingdao and Jining had a strong competitiveness from while the Jinan wasweak. Taian and Heze construction land showed a decreasing trend. The effectof the supply of the rest of the city had the difference between the strongand the weak of which Weifang competitiveness was weak; （3）Urban ConstructionLand Structure were affected by economic, population, urban residents＇ livingstandards and policy factors.
