摘要 球磨机的强度和刚度直接影响到传动运动的精度和使用寿命,为此对球磨机原工作部件——筒体进行了改进,并进行了模态特性与静态特性的分析。利用Por/E软件建立新型筒体的三维模型,依据简化原则对筒体模型进行了简化。基于Workbench对新型筒体进行了模态分析,得出了滚筒的最低阶固有频率为75.55 Hz。通过理论计算确定滚筒的加载方式以及相应参数,分别对筒体进行了3种工况下的静态分析,得出了最大位移量约为10μm,正常工作状态下筒体的最大变形量为11.39μm,最大应力约为2 MPa,远小于许用应力,满足了强度要求。 The strength and rigidity of ball mill directly affect the accuracy and service life of the drive.Therefore,the original working part of the ball mill was improved,the modal and static characteristics were analyzed. The three-dimensional model of a new type of cylinder was established by using software Pro/E,and the cylinder model was simplified according to the simplification principle. The modal analysis of the new cylinder was carried out based on Workbench,and the lowest natural frequency of the drum was 75. 55 Hz. Through the theoretical calculation of roller loading mode and the corresponding parameters were determined,the static analysis under three conditions of the cylinder,the maximum displacement was about 10μm,the normal working state of the cylinder maximum deformation is 11. 39μm,the maximum stress was about 2 MPa,far less than the allowable stress and has met the strength requirements.
