摘要
借助Minitab统计分析软件的计算,对某发动机正时链轮压装角度不良问题进行调查。根据正时链轮压装过程能力的研究结果和正时链轮压装专用夹具的工作原理,对正时链轮压装角度不良的原因进行分析,找到了夹具设计和制造过程中的缺陷,并据此设计和制造了新的夹具,最终解决了正时链轮压装角度不良问题,为工艺技术人员解决生产过程中出现的质量问题提供借鉴。
With the help of the calculation of Minitab statistical analysis software, the problem of bad pressure angle of the timing sprocket of an engine is investigated, according to the research results of the process capability of the timing sprocket and the working principle of the special fixture for the timing sprocket pressing,Based on the analysis of the causes of the unfavorable pressure angle of the timing sprocket, the defects in the design and manufacture of the fixture are found, and a new fixture is designed and manufactured accordingly, which finally solves the problem of the bad angle of the pressing angle of the timing sprocket.Provide reference for process technicians to solve quality problems in production process.
