摘要
                
                    该设计采用PID算法来控制温度。它的整体思想是利用温度传感器AD590以及接口电路把温度转换成模拟电压,再通过键盘输入设定温度,然后把采样值与设定值进行PID运算,来调节晶闸管触发端的通断,从而实现对温度的控制。经实践,此系统基本上满足了温度控制的要求,具有超调量小,采样值与设定值基本一致的特点。
                
                This design uses the PID algorithm to control the temperature. Its overall idea is to use the temperature sensor AD590 and the interface circuit to convert the temperature into an analog voltage. The input temperature is set by the keyboard. The PID value is computed through the sampling value and the set value,which is used to adjust the onoff of the silicon controlled rectifier so as to control the temperature. Through practice,the system basically meets the requirements of temperature control,which has the characteristics of small overshoot and basically being consistent with the sampling value and set value.
