摘要
为了了解细胞质雄性不育(cytoplasmic male sterility,CMS)是如何通过影响相关基因导致植株雄性不育,细胞核育性恢复基因如何作用于不育基因并使育性恢复,本研究综述了有关细胞质雄性不育的作用机制、作用模型、育性恢复调控机制及恢复基因在转录和翻译水平上起作用的研究。指出了细胞质雄性不育因受到多种因素影响而研究不明确,CMS/Rf作用模型在线粒体上的逆行调节信号不确定的问题,在有些农作物的研究上停滞不前的现状。因此,提出了未来可以从机制研究和构建更多不育系等方面研究的建议。
The aim is to study how cytoplasmic male sterility can cause male sterility of plant by affecting therelated genes, and how fertility restoring genes in nucleus act on the sterility genes and restoring the fertility.We reviewed the action mechanism and action model of cytoplasmic male sterility, the regulatory mechanism offertility restoration and the role that restoring genes played in transcriptional and translational level. Wepointed out that the research of CMS was not clear due to the influence of various factors, and the action of CMS/Rf model was uncertain on the retrograde regulation of signal in the mitochondria, for some crops, theresearch of CMS/Rf was in a circle. Therefore, we proposed suggestions on mechanism research and moresterile lines construction.
