摘要
针对首轮样车运行平稳性差、偏移量大、行程小等问题,采用扇形轨迹方法对小车的运行轨迹进行了分析计算;转向机构采用了3处可调的曲柄滑块加摇杆的组合结构,以此适应赛场众多的不确定性因素影响。以最佳参数为基础,现场试验验证表明,经过调试后的小车,最优结果为一个周期行走长度为2.46 m,偏移量0.28 m,与理论计算基本相符。小车运行平稳性良好,避障多,行程远,效果较好,验证了理论计算方法的正确性,为S型"无碳小车"的设计与优化提供一定的理论基础。
For the problems such as poor stationarity, large offset, and small travel during the first round of prototype operation, in this paper, the sector trajectory method is used to analyze and calculate the running trajectory of the car. The steering mechanism uses a combined structure consisting of three adjustable crank sliders and rockers to accommodate the many uncertainties in the arena. Based on the optimum parameters, it has been experimentally verified that the optimal result of debugged car is a cycle length of 2.46 m and an offset of 0.28 m, which is basically consistent with the theoretical calculation. The car has good running stability, good effect of obstacle avoidance, long journey, and better debugging results. This result validates the correctness of the theoretical calculation method and provides a certain theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the S-type "carbonless car".
