摘要
目的探究和分析不同植皮方式在修复大面积烧伤创面当中的临床治疗效果。方法选取2010年2月—2018年2月到本院诊治的所有大面积烧伤患者120例作为本次的观察研究对象。按照数字随机法,将120例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例患者。对照组(60例)患者实施微粒皮机植皮修复,观察组(60例)患者采用Meek植皮机进行植皮修复,对比两组患者的手术时间、创面愈合时间、植皮成活率、康复率和死亡率。结果观察组患者的手术时间为(1.67±0.57)h,创面愈合时间为(12.32±4.49)d,少于对照组患者(2.53±0.69)h的手术时间和(19.86±6.52)d的创面愈合时间,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的植皮成活率为91.67%,康复率为75.00%,对照组患者的植皮成活率为61.67%,康复率为50.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的死亡率为11.67%,低于对照组33.33%的死亡率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用Meek植皮机进行植皮修复,能够显著提高和改善大面积烧伤创面患者的临床治疗效果,提高植皮成活率和康复率,同时也明显缩短手术时间和创面愈合时间,减少死亡率。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of different skin grafts in repairing large area burn wounds. Methods 120 patients with large area burn from February 2010 to February 2018 were selected as the object of observation. According to the digital random method, 120 patients were divided into control group and observation group, 60 patients in each group. The control group(60 cases) was treated with skin grafting machine. In the observation group(60 cases), Meek skin grafts were used to repair skin graft. The operative time, wound healing time, skin graft survival rate, recovery rate and mortality rate of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the observation group was(1.67±0.57) h, the wound healing time was(12.32±4.49) d, less than the control group(2.53±0.69) h operation time and(19.86±6.52) d wound healing time, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05). The survival rate of skin grafting in the observation group was 91.67%, the recovery rate was 75.00%, the survival rate of skin grafting in the control group was 61.67% and the recovery rate was 50.00%, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05). The mortality of the observation group was 11.67%, which was lower than that of the control group(33.33%), and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05). Conclusion Meek skin grafting machine can improve and improve the clinical treatment effect of the patients with large area burn wound, improve the survival rate and recovery rate of skin grafting, and shorten the time of operation and wound healing and reduce the mortality.
