一种利用GC-FPD测定柑橘中的5种有机磷农药方法的建立 被引量:1

摘要 采用固相萃取技术建立一种利用气相色谱法测定柑橘5种有机磷农药的的分析方法。前处理中柑橘中的有机磷农药用乙腈进行提取,固相萃取柱净化,气相色谱火焰光度检测器(FPD)进行定性定量分析。研究发现:5种有机磷农药在浓度范围为0.01~4.0μg/m L时线性良好,5种农残回收率均在83.2%~93.8%,相对标准偏差均小于5%。实验证明该方法前处理操作简单,精密度高、准确度好,可满足柑橘中多种有机磷农药残留的同时分析。 A method for the determination of 5 organophosphorus pesticides in Citrus by gas chromatography was established by solid phase extraction. Before treatment,organophosphorus pesticides in citrus were extracted with acetonitrile,purified by solid-phase extraction column, and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by gas chromatography flame photometric detector( FP D). The study found that 5 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides had good linearity in the concentration range of 0. 01 ~ 4. 0 μg/m L,5 kinds of pesticide recovery rate was 83. 2 % ~93. 8 %,relative standard deviation was less than 5 %. The experiment proved that the method was easy to operate,high precision and good accuracy,and could satisfy the simultaneous analysis of organophosphorus pesticide residues in citrus.
