摘要
[目的]了解大疱性类天疱疮病人出院准备度现状,并分析其影响因素,为提高大疱性类天疱疮病人出院准备度提供理论依据。[方法]采用病人一般资料量表和出院准备度量表对我院皮肤科126例大疱性类天疱疮病人进行调查。[结果]病人出院准备度条目得分为(6.82±1.19)分。出院准备度各维度评分从高到低依次为预期性支持、个人状态和适应能力。合并症种类、是否有口腔黏膜糜烂与溃疡为出院准备度的主要影响因素(P<0.05);在各维度的研究中,疾病严重程度指数、年龄是个人状态的影响因素(P<0.05);年龄、文化程度、疾病严重程度指数、合并症种类是适应能力的影响因素(P<0.05);疾病严重程度指数是预期性支持的影响因素(P<0.05)。[结论]大疱性类天疱疮病人出院准备度有待提高,医护人员应重视病人住院期间的出院准备度工作,针对具体情况,给予健康指导和护理措施,提高病人的出院准备度。
Objective：To understand the status quo of discharge readiness of patients with bullous pemphigoid and to analyze the influencing factors,in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the readiness of patients with bullous pemphigoid.Methods：A total of 126 patients with bullous pemphigoid in Dermatology of our hospital were investigated with the General Information Scale and Discharge Readiness Scale.Results：The patient＇s readiness for hospital discharge was（6.82±1.19）.The grades of readiness for discharge were ranked in descending order of expected support,personal status,and adaptive ability.Type of comorbidities,whether the oral erosion and ulceration or not were the main factors influencing discharge readiness（P0.05）.In the study of all dimensions,disease severity index and age were affecting factors of individual status（P0.05）.Age,education level,disease severity index,and type of comorbidities were the influencing factors of adaptive ability（P0.05）.The disease severity index was the influencing factor of the predictive support（P0.05）.Conclusions：The discharge readiness of patients with bullous pemphigoid remained to be improved.The medical staff should pay attention to the patient＇s discharge readiness during hospitalization,and provide health guidance and nursing measures for the specific case,in order to improve the patient＇s discharge readiness.
