摘要
对操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)在国内外实践中的信效度、满意度和应用效果等方面进行综述,为DOPS在护理技能评估中的运用提供参考。提出DOPS能够全面客观评价护理工作人员的临床知识和技能,使之有效转化为职业能力。
This article reviewed the reliability,validity,satisfaction,and application effects of Direct Observation of Procedural Skills（DOPS）in practice at home and abroad,and provided the references for the use of DOPS in nursing skills assessment.It proposed that DOPS could comprehensively and objectively evaluate the clinical knowledge and skills of nursing staff and transform them into professional capabilities.
